Creative problem-solving was the at the core of this building renovation The three-story, wood-framed building was tired and rotting, adding to the challenge to completely renovate and transform the building to Class A.

The design solution was addressed by converting the outdated parking lot to a new accessible parking lot with a path-of-travel, along with refreshed landscaping and new entry hardscape. The big idea within the lobby was to create a two-story open volume, with surrounding cable rails visible from the exterior. A herringbone pattern of linear LED lights illuminates the lobby, adding a playful touch.
